Applied for Disney Hiring Event, got an email about a web based interview (strongly agree/ strongly disagree). Waited about an hour and was asked to set up my interview appointment. Went in about a week later, recruiter was very nice and made the interview feel like a conversation. My interview was only about twenty minutes, got two offers in Merchandising or Attractions.
The date of your interview make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early and dressed business casual. Make sure you nail that “Disney look”. Make sure to smile and show enthusiasm throughout your interview. Don’t be shy to ask any questions regarding any of the roles throughout the park. And remember to always thank your recruiter for taking the time to meet with you!
