Interview
After taking a computer graded personality test, I was invited to a virtual interview over Zoom due to COVID. I met with a recruiter for around 20 minutes and she asked me simple questions about myself. She was polite but seemed to be in somewhat of a hurry. The main thing they’re concerned with is if you’re the type of person who will fit into Disney’s culture. You have to love making people happy, smile a lot, and care about the company. They want people who want to work there. I did not apply for the Disney College Program, but I watched plenty of DCP phone interviews on YouTube and they totally prepared me for the types of questions I would be asked. There wasn’t a question I hadn’t heard by watching a handful of those videos. Just be yourself, be positive, and you’ll be okay!

Virtual interview where you are asked about your background, your customer service skills, and why you want to work for Disney. The interview is pretty simple and straightforward, with questions about safety and how you might treat guests.
It was on zoom with a recruiter. First they called me if I'm still interested in the position and got scheduled a zoom interview with the recruiter. I was previously on the waiting list for around 4 months which is a long time.
