Very nice architectural building. As soon as I walked in, the security guard greeted me and asked if I needed water or coffee. After my first interview, they showed me to the call center floor - I sat next to someone and heard a demo of their call. After the demo, I had a mini 5 minute interview to go over my resume again. The second time, they said I would hear a response from HR within 24 hours.

You get an interview over the phone, then two same day interviews, then either an offer or rejection. This was fairly simple, and easy to do. There aren't any requirements.
