I was super excited for this interview at first. The phone interview was good. I researched before I went to the face-to-face and I loved what the company stood for, and how the CEO is very involved in the community. He mentions in a quote that he wants the company to leave a legacy. I realized the Atlanta office must not be the same. It was all about numbers in money. Of course, that's what the position is about recruiting. However, I know this already. They tell me I have a ton of experience with recruiting but don't think I can handle the fast pace. You tell me this during the interview which I think is very unprofessional. I don't get these companies. They would rather hire straight out of college and tell people who have experience that they don't qualify. It doesn't make sense. Furthermore, received no contact that I didn't get the job which is also unprofessional. If people spend their time and money to make it to the interview, the least you can do is reach out and thank them for coming but moving to other candidates. So everything the company says it stands for in the website meant nothing because it wasn't displayed.
