I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Diversant (New York, NY) in Dec 2013
Interview
Different levels to the interview. One will ask more about yourself. Another about the company, and a third, will be more in depth on how you would be an asset to the company... it will get deep and heavy, because they will try to break you. Its the business you are interviewing for
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you feel about MONOTONY? Are you ready to fail a lot? Because you will in this business.
Very conversational from TA to recruiting director and other recruiters. Asks about fast pace environment, mentality, etc. Recruiting is a hard job so talk about what motivates you and how you handle stress.

How do you handle stress?
How to do work with others?
What do you know about recruiting?
Was contacted by a recruiter for an impromptu phone screen. Then, I had a more formal phone screen with the same recruiter. Later, I visited the Red Bank office and met with office staff and the manager. All three times the questions were basic. They wanted to get to know you as a person. Despite being told my interview was a final round interview, I was never contacted again despite sending follow-up thank you emails and having a good feeling about the interviews themselves. This is very unprofessional behavior, and as a result I tell everyone I know to work with other competitors.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Diversant (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Overall wasn't too terrible of an interview process but then after the fact I literally never heard back from them again. I had 2 phone interviews and then an in-office interview where I sat with a manager and then with a panel of 3 entry level recruiters currently in the position that I would fill. I'm sure not a horrible company, but they really shouldn't leave candidates they've had that many contacts with completely hanging like that. Very unprofessional and rude behavior towards a candidate.
