I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Diversant (New York, NY) in Jun 2014
Interview
They send a bunch of recent college graduates into a room to ask you questions. Most of these people just started working there within the last year and they don't even know how to properly perform an interview. None of these people are even successful in the business and have no idea what they're even talking about and it shows.

It was really pleasant interview. I went to the office and sat down in a room and about 5-6 people came in one after another. Some of the people had only worked there for a month but everyone was incredible nice and the interview itself was quite conversational and relaxed! The recruiter was very professional and followed up with me.
