Interview
Perhaps the best interview process I've ever had– every step of the process was well communicated and all points of contact were kind.
I skipped through the phone screening interview with a recruiter and immediately talked to the hiring manager for the first round. The next scheduled interview was the portfolio review (PDD) on which I had to present with the hiring manager and a director.
This was unfortunately my first time presenting my portfolio to a hiring team in a long while and due to my lack of strategy for story telling, things didn't go well. However, I was thankful that they gave me feedback on the spot which will help me improve my skills for my future interviews. :)
