      German Adoption Consultant Interview

      Jul 10, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Dublin, Dublin
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2018

      Interview

After submitting my application via Glassdoor, I was contacted by extremely friendly and efficient recruiter Barbara to schedule an initial phone conversation. Barbara rescheduled my appointment without hesitation or issues as I wasn't available on the suggested day due to personal matters. The initial phone conversation lasted for about half an hour and I was able to gather loads of information. I was provided with details such as how many rounds are there for the application process, time frames etc. Only a couple of days later, I was invited for a webex interview with one of the Senior Managers (very friendly and fair but I guess, I should not disclose any manager's name here). Again, the interview was more than pleasant and very informative. You definitely won't be asked anything you can't answer if you have work experience. No unfair questions or questions that would make you feel uncomfortable. The questions were competency based, absolutely relevant to the position I have applied for. The interview lasted for about an hour. I also was informed about the next step, should I be successful. The second interview round took place via webex as well, this time with one of the SMB Adoption Managers. At all times, the interviewers were on time and extremely friendly. So, I was asked more competency based questions, not too different from the first interview but slightly. You won't have difficulties answering them as long as you have concrete work experience examples, which you believe are relevant to the position. I was told that in the event I was successful, I would be invited for f2f interview. In all three interviews including the initial phone interview, I was offered to ask questions. I only can recommend to ask as many as you can, you will find out so much as DocuSign is very transparent throughout the entire application process. Last but not least, I was invited for a f2f interview that took place at their office in Dublin. The location is easy to find but you may not initially understand that they are in the same building as Twitter. On the f2f interview day, I went by car as I found it more convenient for the day but I do recommend to go by train or any other means but driving yourself as parking and traffic can be an issue. If you drive yourself, plan for at least 2 hours if you are coming from Dublin 12 due to traffic and the parking situation. This will give you plenty of time to get there, going through your notes again and be relaxed. The interview itself lasted for an hour and I was asked competency based questions in more detail. Now it is crucial you don't have just an example but also can explain a bit more. I was told what would happen next regardless of the outcome, which I really appreciated. Prior to this interview, I was welcomed by Barbara who took the time to tell me what I can expect from the interview, such as length of interview. She also made me feel relaxed by chatting about random things and provided a drink. Only a few days after the f2f interview, I have received the awaited phone call, which in my case was positive. I was offered the position and gladly accepted. I normally write reviews regardless I was offered the job or not and I would like to stress that this application process with DocuSign was the best experience in my entire professional life. Believe me when I say I have interviewed many companies in different countries and I am just so grateful that there are still employers that are very friendly, transparent and considerate of the candidate. You don't find that too often these days, so it has been my pleasure throughout the process, please keep this up. By this attitude you make a candidate really want to work for you. Thank you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

To be fair to DocuSign, I rather do not give away the questions as they spend so much time in making this interview process so seamless and successful. However, the type of questions are competency based and you may want to practise these kind of questions online.
