I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The whole interview process took less than a month, which is something unheard of before. The recruiter contacted me the very next day after I applied (through LinkedIn) and immediately scheduled a call with the hiring manager. After that, I did 4 interviews with other members of the the team, then a second round with the hiring manager. The offer came in the fourth week!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Docusign (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process wasn't too lengthy but included lots of conversations and a final presentation. HR set up multiple interviews in one day and was motivated to keep the momentum going as opposed to long lag times between conversations.

Question 1
Talk about a campaign you ran - what results did you achieve and how did you get there?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Munich, Bavaria) in Nov 2022
Interview
Flawless process: first being contacted by the recruiter and then applied for the job, Three round of interviews. Final round included a use case presentation in front of wider audience.
I had four interviews with different people in the team, over the phone and Zoom. Questions were normal questions about my background and experience and a lot of “tell me about a time when…” type questions.
I felt everything had gone well and was told by their internal recruiter that the next steps would be for me to fly out and meet with the team in person. But then they completely ghosted me, never responded to a follow up email a couple weeks later and just decided not to bother contacting me to let me know they’d gone with someone else. Really rude.
