The recruiter reached out to me multiple times, so I had an initial call with her. She then suggested I have an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was for 30 minutes. Very casual and went fine. I did not hear from them at all... that could be because I said during the interview that I was not actively looking to leave...

A empresa parece excelente, mas, infelizmente, tive uma experiência bastante negativa com a condução do processo seletivo.
A recrutadora era bem fraca e demonstrou pouca habilidade para conduzir a entrevista. Além de aparentar desinteresse durante toda a conversa, estava completamente apática, além da Clara dificuldade para formular perguntas com clareza e boa dicção, o que acabou comprometendo o fluxo da entrevista.
No total, foram feitas apenas três perguntas bastante genéricas, sem aprofundamento, direcionamento ou uma condução estruturada da conversa. Em diversos momentos, tive a impressão de que não havia preparo ou engajamento para avaliar o candidato de forma adequada.
Fiquei sinceramente surpreso e decepcionado, pois esperava um processo seletivo mais alinhado ao nível e à reputação da empresa. A qualidade da entrevista ficou muito aquém da imagem que a organização transmite.
Espero que realmente melhorem!

Interview
I interviewed with Docusign for an Account Executive role. All men interviewed me in every round. I got to the final round, and they kept asking me what information the recruiter gave me prior to the final round interview. Leadership seems to have issues with the recruiting team and didn’t offer the eposition because they felt the recruiter helped me too much. Very backwards and unfair to the candidate. I stayed with my current job after all that, where the salary is higher actually. Dodged a bullet.
