A bit too long in my humble opinion (five stages), but at the same smooth and profesional process. Andrew, the recruiter, was very helpful, even though I didn’t make it. Sometimes the responses were a bit delayed, but I understand it, considering how many candidates are applying for a role there. Design task was paid, which was great. I get feedback on why I wasn’t great fit and it was reasonable.

Question 1
What is the last time you didn’t agree with someone at your job and how did you handle it?
Thank you for the valuable feedback! I'm glad to hear you had a positive experience; that's always a priority for us.
We know our process can get lengthy at times, so we'll definitely need to revisit ways that we can streamline/shorten the process while still providing ample opportunity for us and candidates to get to know one another.
Thank you again for taking the time to share this with us!
