Dollar General Store Manager Candidate interview questions

My soon to be DM was very kind and very blunt and to the point about what would be expected of me, however she did not mention some very key things like.... 60- 80 our weeks every week, what would be my 1 1/2. Days off. Which i didnt get most weeks, and that most stores were overstocked and understaffed. Im sure she meant well. She was very professional and very company minded.

Easy and laid back, typical retail questions for the position. After training with store manager, DM sets up a meeting with the RM for a possible store transfer. Usually hear back in 3 days
