They did the HR round. There was no follow up. This was through campus selection. The packages was very high. The campus placement committee also informed that there was no follow up.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dozee in Aug 2019
Interview
My experience interviewing with Dozee - (with my opinions)
1) Extremely haphazard environment. No structure or professionalism. One interviewer lacked basic courtesy and social skills.
2) Very long-drawn and exhausting process. I had to go through 5 different calls and a take-home test (which took 48 hours) - all in the span of a week.
3) All remote interviews. Even by the 6th round, I was not invited to the office. This was pre-pandemic (Aug 2019).
4) The co-founders were full of themselves and seemingly didn’t care about employee morale or welfare. They expected a total stranger to happily drink their kool-aid without any objections - without even having an F2F meet.
5) They offered no equity but expected all employees to work insane hours, as if they actually owned a stake in the company.
6) Their health monitoring device appeared promising, but reading their Terms and Conditions on the website raised some serious red flags.
7) They work Monday-Saturday which they do not mention in their job postings, nor do they disclose this in the interviews unless you ask them. Every Saturday is a full working day.
8) After taking me to the final "cultural fit" interview, they ghosted me without giving proper courtesy, because I hesitated for a bit after learning about their 'Saturdays working' policy. It came as a rude shock to me because it wasn't disclosed previously. I only found out because I was doing my due diligence and asked them about it. At this time, I was being interviewed by the COO (Pritish) who later didn’t respond to my messages.
BOTTOM LINE - Only go with them if you are desperate, or if you don’t mind slaving away the best years of your life - just so that the founders can get a good exit and laugh their way to the bank.
Burnout is a very real possibility in this kind of an environment.
