I interviewed for an analytics manager role for customer experience. After the phone screen and 1st interview, I heard back a week later that they moved forward with someone else, but wanted to have me apply for another role that would be better suited to me. After 2 weeks of trying to confirm when that would officially kick off, the recruiter who I had been speaking to had me fill out a demographics survey for the role, met with the hiring manager, then told me they wanted someone with more external media measurement experience, which I had several years of. Part of me thinks they were looking to expand their diversity; but regardless, I had to email the recruiter several times and only finally heard back when I emailed her coworker from an earlier thread. She was very unprofessional about not responding and never being clear if the process was 100% over
