I applied on the company's website, had a first 15 minutes phone call followed a week later by a 30 minutes phone interview with the recruitment manager. I was called for a round of interviews in their office in Dublin. Met 4 people from HR and user operations. Interviewers were nice and friendly. No very difficult questions, mostly talking about your experience and why you are applying.
One thing I really appreciated is that at the end of each phone call they let you know straight away what the next step will be. However at the end if they think you're not a match you only receive an email which is clearly a template saying that they don't provide feedback. Kinda makes you feel they take care about candidates as long as they have not made a decision and if they don't feel you're a match then they just don't care anymore.

Overall great process and experience. It took about 2 -3 weeks. A recruiter from a staffing agency reached out on Linkedin and we had an informational call, I then had a 45 minute interview with a recruiting manager - was very straightforward and more of a conversation. Next I was brought onsite, given a tour and everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. for Had 3 back to back 30 minute interviews - the last one included a scheduling exercise and situational questions. All easy and very applicable to the RC role.
