Applied direct. The interview process was with the in-house hiring manager, then there were two online tests and then an interview with the tech hiring manager. I passed the online tests and waited 3 weeks for the next interview. The day before the interview they cancelled it because they said they were looking in India for the hire. That was the end of it. Not impressed at all. Waste of time.
