Process started out well but ended with a ghosting -- not really mad, just disappointed as their HR rep/recruiter positioned themselves as doing things differently. First was a screening call with fairly normal questions related to the role and overall culture fit. Initial impression was the recruiter was nice and responsive.
Second "round" was a personality test and timed skills assessment. To their credit, the recruiter did describe this part and provided resources on how to prepare. However, this company is owned by Vista Equity Partners, who require this of all companies they own. (In addition to the words "private equity", the words "personality and skills test" should be your other red flags.)
Third was with the hiring manager, who was late and whose experiences and description of their time at the company did not paint the picture of an organization with their affairs in order. Unfortunately, their own description of the company's operation when asked did not paint a flattering picture, but I chalked that up to growing pains. Ultimately was ghosted and didn't hear back from anyone after this point, but that's on me for not running at the first signs of trouble (PE firm, mandatory personality test)
