Sent an online application through their website. Then received a telephone interview at which point they asked questions about my situation and CV, they said that I would receive feedback however after 2 weeks there was No response. Followed up and then got a face to face meeting at their Marlow office
They will try to bring you as a junior just to pay the lowest possible salary and save themselves comp expenses. Last I heard. they were going private and new management was trying to cut costs as much as possible.

One in person interview with two people they asked me a variety of questions but they did most of the talking. It was very easy, they were selling the company to me.
