I applied online. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2020
Interview
1 - Call with hr and team leads talking about big data experience with spark hadoop etc
2- Onsite 1 hour with leads talking about big data architecture experience, projects worked on
3 - 1 hour technical with quick fire questions and usual leetcode nonsense
4 - 1 hour with hiring manager have examples ready of the usual difficult times I done this etc.
Was able to answer about 75-80% of quick fire questions although no offer. Just play the game and revise the definitions and you should be fine. I dont know what asking someone do they remember this definition proves anything, suppose its better than a take home coding test. If hr told me its a definition interview I would have revised the definitions before going in.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet
Interview
Somewhat disappointing experience. Interviewer seemed disinterested and did not engage much. Spent most of his time replying to emails and IMs on his laptop. Overly technical interviewer asked about specific data structures and sorting algorithms, but would not provide any additional information or context on the use-case which it would be applied to, or what problem it was attempting to solve.
You start with an initial phone screen with recruiter.
Then you move forwards to the Tech interview with 2 engineers.
The last interview is the Behavioral & Culture Fit interview with Hiring Manager or Director.
Offer extended.

Question 1
Q: Live coding challenge where I had to create some react components and make them communicate with each other. Not that difficult but they provide you with starter boilerplate which was kinda junky for what the exercise is trying to prove.
