After a short 15 minute video interview, I was given a home assignment that includes building an automation infrastructure from scratch, and writing test cases for a manual section of the assignment. I spent about 4 days on the assignment, and a couple of days after submitting the assignment I received a rejection email thanking me for my time. I sent a response email asking for some kind of a feedback on the assignment, so I'll be able to learn and improve from that experience. No one bothered responding to that email.

First, you will get a phone interview with your leader and then you will get interview with your co-workers and QA managers and QA leads it takes some time but very effective you will see people who will be working so you can understand company environment and workplace.
