Teams Interview with HR, then given a task on an aspect of the job that was in the "Willing to learn" criteria which is then discussed in an interview with hiring managers. Did not get further than this point, as the skills that they expect you to have a willingness to learn weren't "advanced enough". Complete waste an time, inaccurate job description and leads me to believe they are just trying to get free work.
