Interview
The initial call with the recruiter and the hiring lead. Then the technical interview with team member and technical lead. Finally, a behavioral interview. Smooth and practical interview process. Did not take much time. The interviewers are very friendly.

Describe a project that you worked on with a whiteboard session and questions from the architecture drawn on the board, and explain where can we make improvements
Pretty standard. The only weird thing during the whole process was that only one or two people had their cameras on. Everybody was pretty much likable, polite, good with tech.
