Duolingo Senior Technical Program Manager interview questions

Recruiter screen: * Why are you looking to change jobs? Do you have any deadlines? Why Duolingo? Going over resume to talk about kinds of projects you worked on. Team sizes, kinds of technologies used etc. Hiring Manager screen: * Similar to recruiter screen. Go over your resume to discuss about projects you worked on: team size, technologies etc, Technical interview: * They provided the area they will interview about before the interview was scheduled. I was given authentication and account creation. During the interview, had to walk through the system design that was provided to me by the interviewer for different scenarios. Add to the system design for different scenarios. Panel interviews * Standard tell me a time when questions (most of them where repetitive between the different interviews) Tell me a time when you had to start a new process or optimize an existing process Tell me a time when you had to resolve a conflict How do you keep track of dependencies? How do you manage risks?

The questions were standard for a TPM role and included behavioral questions, technical background, and cultural fit.
