I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dynata (Plano, TX) in Oct 2012
Interview
First step of the interview is a two-part test - SQL and a Test Case scenario inside the HR Manager's office. He takes it to the hiring team and if you pass then you go to another room where you take a face-to-face with the leads. They focused heavily on HP Quality Center. You will know within the hour after leaving the office if you have the job or not.
Phone interview by two interviewers with THICK accents from a certain country I won't name. I could barely understand any of the questions. Beware of this and it can impede the interview process.
