Interview
I have been contacted twice in the past 18 months by two different recruiters for completely different roles at entirely different times of the year. Both interviews went very well, with the recruiters concluding in an obvious manner and promising to reach out soon to schedule the next steps. However, that never happened—I was ghosted both times. No email, no phone, nothing. It was an unpleasant experience. In the meantime, I conducted more thorough research on the company and hard rumours that it has a very toxic work culture, so, in retrospect, I am not surprised.

It was a standard interview revolving around the position, starting dates, salary expectation, so far experience and what the company and the candidate are looking for.
