Interview
Had my HR screening call with Dynatrace recently — here's my honest take.
The call was around 20 minutes, pretty standard stuff. The recruiter was friendly and organized — walked me through the role, asked about my experience and motivation, checked availability and salary expectations. Nothing unexpected.
What I appreciated: they were upfront about the process and next steps. Didn't feel like I was left guessing.
Still waiting to hear back, so can't speak to the full process yet. Will update once I know more.

Any questions for us?
The interview felt a bit strange. I was told beforehand that there wouldn’t be a live coding exercise, but I was then asked to do live coding during the call. This created some confusion and didn’t align with the expectations that were set.
