Classic questions for the screening while the phone interview with N+1 and N+2 was a bit more to know how you work and better understand your way of thinking
Great in general, however, I thought it could be better if they focused on more specific questions. I would encourange them to focus on more difficult questions. In addition, they have some work to do in the process.
