Interview
The interview process was straight forward with clear instructions. I had to create a presentation on a proposed product launch which I shared in my interview. After the presentation, there were some typical interview questions. Overall the process was nice and straightforward.
Phone interview with Laura. I believe the interview went well but they didn’t even bother to let me know how it went. I find it unprofessional and disorganised. I am glad I dodged that bullet because that probably reflects the culture of the whole company.

Interview
Online application (written questions on why you want to work for Dyson), online maths and English tests followed by phone interview, assessment centre. Assessment centre had group work and three individual interviews. The HR team are friendly throughout and want to get the best out of you, never felt intimidated.
