I got a call and was asked if I was free to speak. She didn’t make it clear if it was a screening phone call or part of the hiring process. She spoke fast about the role I applied for. Not a very favourable process for candidates as the call was unexpected.

I was asked to describe my role in a project which was on my CV.
I had a phone interview for the role with a nice and competent recruiter. Invited in for an interview staff were very nice and gave great advice and thorough feedback.
