First Step: Sending CV + Motivation Letter Second Step: Answering 3 questions of a questionnaire Third Step: Doing an automated video interview with 4-5 questions Fourth Step: Assessment Day (was not invited) The first three steps are automated and therefore go very fast. After finishing the third step I did not hear anything from them during 3 weeks. After following-up, I received a message telling me that they are still evaluating but informed me about the dates of the assessment days and asked if I am still interested in staying in the application process. After that mail never heard anything again, even after following up about the assessment day.
