Concrete interview process, many challenges. Nice to get a tour of the whole factory and talk with many different staff members to hear their perspective on working at the company.

The interview process consisted of a brief phone screen, a phone interview, and a virtual internship day. The internship day included one informational session, one individual interview, and one group exercise.
