After submitting an initial application and completing online tests I was asked to submit another form answering questions which demonstrated my motivation. I was then invited for a telephone interview which I did not progress on from. Telephone interview was very laid back just working through my CV and was less than half an hour long. Believe I was unsuccessful due to not having previous engineering placements (Although no feedback was provided).
