Interview
Telephone interview with talent acquisition followed by interview at malmesbury with line manager and talent
Telephone interview lasted about 20 mins; what's your background and a tell me a time question. Wanted to know reason why I wanted to work for Dyson - this is important to them
Main interview about an hour, very relaxed and friendly. General run through of cv, why you want to work for Dyson- do your research they liked that a lot. What you can offer to Dyson. General questions about the role. Competency questions ( which I hate and never really answer what your strengths are) these were negative questions eg friction with boss,; difficult relationships; when something failed; how you responded with negative feedback. Warning bells rang for me then, is there a blame culture there ?
Overall a good interview and feedback was given when I was turned down, strange that the reasons given where not covered in the interview, still I wasn't that disappointed, from the interview I don't believe I would have fitted in their culture. Overall a good interview but the role or company wasn't really for me.
Had to be interviewed with a total of 3 senior leaders. But I was stopped with 2nd interviewer and the HR told me that they went ahead with another candidate for the 3rd interviewer.

I had two interviews in total. The first stage was with hiring manager, aiming to check the domain knowledge/skills/work experience and went through my CV.
As for the second one, I had a talk with four team members in the future.
