Interview
Met with three individuals, 2 peers and hiring manager. Congenial, friendly, individuals were passionate about the company. Process was inclusive, 2-way dialogue, and informative. Very professional environment and great overall impression.

Various questions regarding HR experience and background (walking through resume). How I keep in touch with newer HR practices. Overall relationship building skills. Some questions were behavioral based.
Received rejection email then get another email saying they'd like to progress me to next stage. When confronting recruiter of this they say theres no record of this and for me to check again. Forwarded the email to them and no apology just "how strange". Scheduling was also unnecessarily difficult and their tone was not pleasant or welcoming at all.
Causal and smooth. Typical interview session where they asked about motivation & situational questions. 2 rounds and each round about an hour each - one with the reporting manager and the other with the business teams.
