I applied online and the process took 3+ weeks. I had a phone screen, then went in for an in person interview. I met 1:1 with 4 people and was asked standard behavioral interview questions. After the interview, I was told by HR that I would be hearing back from then within 2 weeks. I never heard back....EVER. Just crickets. I'm not sure what happened but this could be a reason why the Dyson reviews are becoming less than favorable. You spend a lot of time preparing for the interview, actually interviewing and then nothing AT ALL. I'm just going to assume that the company moved :/
