Hiring process was surprisingly confusing and totally disorganised. Interview location and date was changed a few times. Terms of working spot as well. In terms of logistic, brief and feedback. Confusion about roles and skills requirements. Poor clarity and division between the different design areas. Highly competitive, or so it seemed, in a bad unproductive way. Design test required was totally lacking of purpose or a problem to solve therefore meaningless. Interviewed by many people but I was never asked the right questions. I was engaged in phone calls, emailing, phone interview, design test and almost 3 hours face to face interview. The feedback was confusing as I think it was badly reported and poorly and wrongly judgemental. Some of the feedback points totally not inherent. Was I given written feedback instead there might have been ground for some serious biased judgements. Did not make any sense. Overall process inadequate. They appeared to have a divided idea of the profile they were looking for. Quite shocked that such a well known company and such a poor hiring process.
