Interview
The process began with an online CV submission, followed by online test and then a video interview. After quite a substantial period, I was contacted regarding an invitation to an assessment day. This was a very casual affair comprising of a group exercise, individual project and a interview/chat about past work and testing one's ability to solve problems.

Interview
Uploaded a CV and cover letter and was invited for online tests. These were situational judgement and other tests. This was followed by a video interview. I had never done a video interview before so I would recommend you practise well before attempting it. They do allow you to practise three questions before starting the video interview but prior practise is crucial.
