Interview
May have been one of the worst interview processes I have ever been apart of, on either side of the table. From a lack of organization to seeing how rude leadership spoke to employees, to a complete lack of communication on the prioress and lack of feedback provided, there were red flags everywhere. Multiple times it was stated by employees that as a family company what the owner said, goes! Very apparent that if you have an original thought or the type of person to challenge the status quo, and worked outside of the engineering team, that you should be a good soldier and do as told.
There is a reason this company is rated so low, do not ignore the reviews.
