Interview
A telephone interview followed by a two hour interview with Talent Acquisition Manager and then Human Resources Director. There was a mix of general questions relating to my experience followed by some competency based questions in which I was asked for specific examples.

Interview
I had a phone screening with a member of the recruitment team and a phone interview with the hiring manager, before being asked to fly in from abroad for a face to face interview with two senior managers for the location, for which I was asked to prepare a case study on engagement.
It was a negative experience due to only one of the interviewers attending the face to face interview, having to wait a month for (very limited) feedback and having to wait 4 months before travel expenses were reimbursed.
