Interview
The interview was easy I had 2 screening with phone after face to face in a Starbucks was a little surprise I have received an email from HR telling me I need to learn how to sale the Dyson dwell I done this but when I was in Starbucks the Manager told me he will not do this is impossible in Starbucks I agree and he ask the normal Questions after I was hired but had a bad experience in this two different people called one that I don’t understand and the other told me I need to sign the Contract I send via email but have never received this I called back and forth for a week definitely a poor Communication reason I get a message from the Manager that I Was interview and told me Welcome a board told me you sign paper on Saturday and Work Sunday but an other time HR called me something wrong with my birthday the Background check come back negative need to do the complete Background again ( what a nightmare) after I was done called Again need to sign paper that I never received so the 2.8 is not a bad rating here I had enough the Communication is definitely bad the Job is easy good Salary for a part time job but definitely not a good organization this is a sign for me that the Company has no Idea how to do this or just mismanagement
