Interview
It was a relaxed informal discussion about my background and skills. We also had an open discussion about the scope of the role and company.
It was a 2 stage process, firstly with the direct manager and then 2nd interview was with the senior leader.
Both interviewers had very different styles but felt genuine and said the same things.
