Applied through their company website, received an invitation to participate in a video interview, and the finally attended an open-day at their headquarters in Malmesbury. The open-day was quite standard. Opened with a series of one-to-one interviews and then proceeded to participate in a group skills test and presentation, then moved onto an individual skills test, and then finally onto a series of panel interviews where several Dyson employees questioned my resume, motivations, and individual skills test.
