After applying through agency, it was 6 weeks before the interview was arranged. Interview lasted an hour with a Director, who scribbled notes in a pad. Questions ranged from about myself to what would you do in this case. Interview went well and the 'reflection' period started. Three weeks and numerous phone calls to the agency, I found out they had given the role to someone else. No feedback. Not impressed as the role was for atemp contractor role.
