It was very poor poor poor form.
After 2 interviews, I received no feedback.
Not even a line to say "You didn't get the job".
They didn't even have the decency to respond to my email.
Just sent me a blank email asking to review the interview process.

It was a 2 round interview and then a background check. The Assistant manager took the screening round and then the manager and then ultimately I got offered the role but the background check took a whole month.

Easy, very short, got the job immediately. Needed it filled. I prepped for it and was over prepared compared to them. Great experience and engaging I enjoyed the process. Look forward to working there.
