Initial response to my application was quick and email replies back on appointments were prompt. Second stage interview started 20 minutes late which was a disappointment and seems to be a norm with people in lots of meetings. Big focus seemed to be on worklife balance and when I submitted an email asking for clarification I received an automated rejection. Was surprised at the need for a three stage interview process as it takes up a lot of time, especially when you have other interviews in addition to this role.
