Interview
I applyed online on Dyson's career platform. The HR contacted me by email to have some clarifications on my CV. Then I got to answer questions on paper. After sending them, I got to the next stage that consisted in a HireVue interview (pre-recorded question videos that you need to answer too on camera in one shot). After quite some time I got contacted again by the HR to proceed to the last stage interview. It was a 2hours online interview with 1h dedicated to a case study sent the day before that I had to prepare in 1h time. The second part of the interview was situational questions.
Both my interviewers were very nice but the interview was intense and questions were hard. They were pushing me to go deeper in every answer.
One week later I got a call from the same HR who took care of my application from A to Z telling me I got the job.

Question 1
What would you do if a co-worker on a project does not deliver?
What would you do if you had to contact the marketing director to have some feedback on your project when he/she is having a very intense period of work due to a presentation he/she has to do in a week? You need to have those feedbacks within a week.

Interview
The interview process was very fast, I received answers for every step after only a couple of days. First step after the screening is to complete a form answering few questions, after you have an assessment with recorded questions and games. The final step is an interview (online in this case).
