One interview - not in-depth, the interviewer seemed too excited by keywords on the CV to ask real questions. I got the job but had no confidence in the process.

Interview
I applied on the career page on Dyson website. They (Talent Acquisition Team) contacted me few days after the application with an email with common HR questions. I responded same day, but after that it took 2 months to finally have a phone interview with the Functional Manager. Initially I was supposed to be interviewed only by Director but as the time passed and the interview date delayed they added the Functional Manager to the interview. At the end, only Functional Manager called in, the Director did not speak or introduced herself, so I believe she was not in the call.

Question 1
Manager made very specific questions, it is not surprising if you have experience according to the job description post. I signed a confidentiality agreement then I would like to not share any questions made during the interview, again, only thing I can say is that questions are very specific and are aligned to the job description.
