The recruiter had not even seen my resume properly and did ask a question about my current employer, who was my former employer. Also she was unprepared for my questions regarding the position responsibilities, department matrix structure and the kind of projects I could expect. She was very vague and did not have the in-depth knowledge of the industry. She just asked me 2 questions and then ended the interview in 15 minutes

Had to be interviewed with a total of 3 senior leaders. But I was stopped with 2nd interviewer and the HR told me that they went ahead with another candidate for the 3rd interviewer.

Ik heb twee interviews gehad en ben ook nog een keer fysiek langs gegaan om het bedrijf te zien en een paar mensen van het team te ontmoeten. De mensen waren aardig maar wat onduidelijk in het sollicitatiegesprek aangezien er geen duidelijkheid ontstond over wat voor werkzaamheden er precies in de baan verricht zouden moeten worden.
I had two interviews in total. The first stage was with hiring manager, aiming to check the domain knowledge/skills/work experience and went through my CV.
As for the second one, I had a talk with four team members in the future.
