I applied online. Had a brief telephone conversation with HR and was invited to a face-to-face interview at Dyson HQ in Malmesbury. First interview was technical with two senior engineers. They also did go through my CV and I explained my reasons for doing my undergrad & PhD. In the technical bit they questioned me about one of their products (i.e. a vacuum cleaner). The second interview was with HR and another senior engineer. This was more competency based. Fairly easy questions.
