I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dyson (Hullavington, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
I applied online for the role in November 2021 at the Hullavington campus and had to share the portfolio via email.
Once they were happy with the portfolio, the Initial interview round date was scheduled with a Hiring Manager. It was an hour-long interview to discuss my career background and what Dyson is all about. I cleared it.
The second technical interview round was scheduled for another few days' time with the same Hiring Manager and a Senior Manager from the same department. It was even longer where it consisted of a few value assessment questions, technical questions, and a problem-solving presentation.
Overall, the process was smooth and the recruiter was very prompt with his replies. I recommend learning more about the Dyson company and being clear on your career background. This is what is going to help you through the process.
